Rainer Casdorff studied Computer Science, Metereology and holds a PhD in Physics, with a specialization in Laser Optics and New Time Standards.

With over 25 years of experience in the aeronautic industry at Airbus, Rainer has occupied key positions such as Head of Cabin & Cargo Architects, Cabin Business Operations, and Executive Expert for Cabin & Cargo overall. His extensive experience has enabled him to lead and oversee critical projects, ensuring their successful execution and implementation.

In addition to his technical roles, Rainer serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the German Institute for Standardization, Aerospace DIN NL. His strategic vision and leadership in standardization have significantly contributed to the advancement of aerospace technologies and practices.
